  Fixed-price Takeout  
  Asset LifeCycle and the customer negotiate and agree on the services being requested and on a fixed price, based on current market value, for the IT equipment requiring disposal.  
     
  Shared Revenue Sale  
  Asset LifeCycle will utilize their domestic and global markets and sell the customer's marketable equipment on their behalf. Asset LifeCycle and the customer negotiate and agree on the terms of service, specific disposal requirements and the percentage of the proceeds that will be returned to the customer upon completion of the sale. This situation works well for customers who wish to receive the highest return on their marketable IT equipment.  
     
  No-Cost Option  
 

Customers that prefer the ease and simplicity of an on-going service contract, without the inconvenience of negotiating each asset disposition transaction separately, would benefit from this option. Asset LifeCycle, at no charge to the customer, would be responsible for packaging, transporting, processing, warehousing, re-marketing and disposing of all IT equipment received. All re-marketing profits are retained by Asset LifeCycle to offset the costs of transporting and processing the customers' equipment.

 
     
  Scrap Services  
  IT equipment that has reached the end of its' useful life is designated as scrap and is properly disposed of. The equipment received is typically processed by the serial number or by the weight. Customers are provided a certificate of destruction and assured their assets were disposed of utilizing processes in compliance with applicable environmental laws, as well as, state and federal regulations.
